Return & Exchange Policy

At Saisaki 90, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure the best shopping experience for all our customers, we have established a No Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy All sales at Saisaki 90 are final. We do not offer refunds on any products sold in our store.

 Exceptions While we do not offer refunds, we do provide the following exceptions to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase, we will offer an exchange for the same item or store credit.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item.

Perishable Goods Due to the nature of perishable goods,

we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fresh produce, dairy, meat, bakery items, or any other perishable products unless they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

Non-Perishable Goods For non-perishable items,

we will consider exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis if the product is returned within 7 days of purchase, unopened, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request an Exchange,

 You must bring the item in question along with the original receipt. Our team will inspect the item and determine the appropriate action based on our policy.
