1. Ordering and Delivery of Goods

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver within specific areas. Delivery zones are clearly indicated on our website.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: The cut-off time for placing orders is 18:00 hrs. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following day and delivered on the next available delivery schedule.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery times are based on our established schedule and the area where you are located. We will notify you of the expected delivery date.

  • Shipping Fees: Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If you are unavailable to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time, additional delivery fees may apply to reschedule.

2. Pricing

  • Inclusive Pricing: All product prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to alter product prices at any time without prior notice. This could be due to fluctuations in the exchange rates, increases in import taxes, changes in shipping fees, or increases in raw material and labor costs.
